Return and Exchange Policy specialises in the sale of brand new products only. We can not sell watches that have been worn. Therefore we have set a firm but fair policy regarding returns.

Items must be returned to us in brand new condition with all protective plastics/tape, hang tags and accessories intact. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, do not wear it. It is almost impossible for a watch to be worn, even for a short period of time, and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched in any way. Should any of these conditions not be kept then we are within our rights to deduct from the refund amount the value deemed to be reduced by their ommision/wear.

Seven Day Cancellation Period (This right to cancel does not apply to bespoke products)

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 requires customers be given the right to cancel the contract to purchase within 7 days from the day after receipt of goods, please note it is the customers responsibility to securely and safely return any unwanted goods at their own cost.

Fourteen Day Return Policy (This policy does not apply to bespoke products)

Over and above your right to cancel under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we accept returns within 14 days of customers' receipt of product. This is dependent upon the conditions below being kept. These conditions do not affect your right to cancel under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (see above), nor do they affect your statutory rights should we deliver goods not as advertised i.e. faulty or misdescribed.

We believe that the conditions below are reasonable, fair and quite simple. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please call and we will try to help, BUT you must call before and receive authorisation. You will be notified at the time of purchase, if your order is a special bespoke order item and the above policy may not apply - in which case the sale will be final and non-refundable unless faulty or misdescribed.

  1. Product being returned must be returned in identical condition as received - never worn, unaltered, not sized, in original box, with all papers, with all protective tape and hang tags intact etc.
  2. Please call 01442 801130 prior to return for the RAN#. Please display this reference on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return.
  3. We will not accept any liability arising from adjustments made by a third party.
  4. Returns will be credited in full minus a 3% restocking fee and the original Postage and insurance charges (Postal Charges - £14.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery, - £40.00 for FedEx Next Day Delivery), unless within the first 7 days or are faulty or misdescribed. It is the customers responsibility to securely and safely return any unwanted goods.
  5. Restocking charges are waived on an exchange.
  6. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. Credits are issued within 5 days of receipt of a return.
  7. Returns must be sent via a traceable, insured reliable method within the UK e.g Royal Mail Special Delivery. Return postage must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit – In case of loss or damages, you the customer is liable.
  8. For returns outside the UK, please use Fedex International Priority.
  9. Under our 14 day return policy once you have been issued with a RAN #, you must send the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RAN#, unless in the case of the item being faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods

If you receive goods which you believe to have been sent to you not as advertised (e.g. faulty or misdescribed), Please call 01442 801130 as soon as possible. We will issue you with a RAN#, and further instructions. This will enable us to deal with the problem efficiently. We will not accept any liability for damage arising from adjustments made by the customer or a third party.
