Orders made are not contractually confirmed until TWSPO provides delivery confirmation to the purchaser. If an order is made and no delivery confirmation has been received, we are within our right to increase the price of our goods if necessary. If there are discrepancies in pricing, we will contact you and will provide a full refund of the amount already paid, or continue with the order. We will not progress with the order until instructed to do so by the customer.

We accept international orders online via our secure shopping bag. For international orders, we will only accept bank transfers as a payment method. Simply select Bank Transfer from the payment options menu in your shopping bag. Please note local Taxes and Duties are the customer’s responsibility.
