We reserve the right to change prices listed on the website in response to price increases within the industry. Orders made are not contractually confirmed until TWSPO provides delivery confirmation to the purchaser. If an order is made and no delivery confirmation has been received, we are within our right to increase the price of our goods if necessary. If there are discrepancies in pricing, we will contact you and will provide a full refund of the amount already paid, or continue with the order. We will not progress with the order until instructed to do so by the customer.

We accept international orders online via our secure shopping bag. For international orders, we will only accept bank transfers as a payment method. Simply select Bank Transfer from the payment options menu in your shopping bag. Please note local Taxes and Duties are the customer’s responsibility.
The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT which under Margin Scheme rules will be invoiced to you at Zero rate as not VAT can be reclaimed by us or you for these items.
We use secure Paypal payments. Look for the Paypal payment option when you check out.
If we reasonably suspect that a transaction is fraudulent by debit or credit card, then we will not dispatch any goods. We will not issue any reimbursement of funds until authorised to do so by our bank/card issuers. We will also report this to both the Police and Card companies to fully cooperate towards a successful criminal prosecution.
