All services can be fully tracked and will require a signature. FedEx will email you tracking details. We will inform customers of tracking numbers who use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We will dispatch to your work address only as a second option, for this request a company headed fax or email must be received with full company information including VAT Registration, Company Registration number and Landline phone number of the office to which you require delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to a work address should the information you provide not satisfy our request.
