Return Policy - Pre-owned Watches

TWSPO specialises in the selling of pre-owned timepieces that are in unworn/like new condition. All the pre owned watches are classified as fit to sell on, according to the standards that both our dealers and we expect.

Our guarantee:

We guarantee all the pre-owned watches that we sell to be 100% genuine, in working order and will be delivered to the customer as advertised on our website. When pre-owned watches are sourced, we will try our best to get all the original boxes/paperwork pertaining to the watch. However sometimes it is not possible to source all of these. If a watch is missing any items it will be described on the website, as well as the condition rating.


In accordance with the distance selling regulations, customers have a right to cancel an order with 14 in days after the order is delivered. A reason for cancelling does not need to be provided. For this process to start the customer is responsible for informing us of the cancellation. Please call 01442 801130. Upon calling you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). After cancellation of the order, the customer is responsible for the returning of the goods to us via a traceable, reliable courier service (DHL express/Royal Mail Special Delivery). The customer is liable for any loss or damages that occur in transit. Cancellations will result in a full reimbursement of the amount paid, via the original method of payment. If the watch is returned and isn’t in the condition that it was sent out then the refund will be reduced by the amount we deem as being lost due to customer negligence and/or accidental damage.


As is the same with all the new watches that we sell, we offer a 14 day returns policy from the customers’ receipt of the products sold from our pre-owned site. Returns are dependent on the conditions below. The conditions do not affect your right to cancel under the distance selling regulations or your statutory rights.

  1. Product being returned in identical condition as received-in original box, with papers (if applicable) with all protective tape and hang tags etc.
  2. Please call 01442 801130 prior to return for an Return Authorisation Number.
  3. We will not accept any liability arising from adjustments made by a third party.
  4. Cost of, and associated cost of, delivery must be fully covered by you, the customer. Returns must be sent via a traceable, reliable courier method within the U.K. e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery. In any case of damage or loss, you the customer is liable.
  5. Returns will be credited in full minus a 3% restocking fee and the original posting and insurance costs. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. Credits are issued within 5 days of receipt of return.

Items sent back to us for return or exchange must be returned in identical condition to which they were received by the customer. Only wear the watch if you are positive you are going to keep it. Blemishing/scratching can occur very easily no matter how short the time the watch is worn for. Should any of the above conditions not be met we are within our rights to deduct from the refund/exchange amount the value deemed to be reduced by the wearing of the watch.
