Panerai watches are a true icon of Swiss horology, and this piece is no different. A classic Luminor Marina dating back to 2011.
Whilst the papers are missing the date is know, as like all Panerai watches, this is a limited edition so the model number can be used for find other watches with dated paperwork.
The steel case has got a few minor scuffs around the edges and has a little bit of dirt around the edge of the transparent case back but both can be easily lifted out with sufficient cleaning/polishing.
Both sapphire front and back are in great condition with no scratches or nicks to be seen anywhere. The transparent case back shows of the elegant gyrating of the balance wheel and hairspring, as well as the manual wind cogs.
The leather strap is worn but still has plenty of life in it as it is mainly worn on the shorter strap buckle holes.
The Panerai buckle has a few scratches on it which is to be expected of a watch this age but as a whole it is in good condition and still functions well and securely.
The crown doesn't screen done but is levered shut by the iconic Panerai lever. This ensures the crown is depressed as it should be to maintain the 300M water resistance. This lever still retains the stiffness need to secure the crown down.
The box comes with the original Panerai screwdriver which enables easy changing of the straps.
