Watch Description

An innovative 7 day Power Reserve Carrousel Tourbillon, stripped of traditional hands or dial display. The Freak is designed so that the movement revolves on itself. Mounted on the lower & upper bridges are inidicators that mimick the hour & minute hands: The lower bridge makes a single revolution once in 12 hours. The upper bridge, which bears the greartrain, balance spring and the dual silicon escapement makes a single full revolution every 60 minutes. The Carrousel-Tourbillon is entirely free-floating without a bridge or other support system.

18kt rose gold case.

Black bezel ring.

Black mainplate.

Arabic Numeral hour markers.

Mounted blackened steel bridges with hour & minute indicators.

Ulysse Nardin Caliber UN-205, beats at 28,800 vph, contains 19 jewels & has an approximate power reserve of 7 days.

Set using the bezel ring with a lever bezel lock at 6 o'clock.

Manually wound by turning the case back. Each complete turn will provide enough energy to keep the watch running for approxiately 12 hours, while 14 turns will fully wind the mainspring for an incredible +/- 7 day power reserve.

Features a sapphire crystal porthole in the case back with a window to the mainspring. This allows the user to see how tightly wound the mainprsing is, deducing the power reserve remaining. When the spring is packed in the center with a few blades on the outside, the watch is fully wound. When the spring is packed on the exterior with few blades in the interior, the power reserve is nearing its end.
