Are your watches genuine and brand new?

All watches sold by The Watch Source Ltd are guaranteed to be 100% genuine brand new in the original box with the serial numbers intact.


Why are your prices so low?

This is due to the fact that we buy from our suppliers in large quantities and as an Online business we operate with a low overhead cost, compared to your local high street shop.


Do you deliver to international addresses?

We can dispatch worldwide via DHL and FedEx. EU deliveries will be charged £40, for the rest of world please contact us for a price.


What is DHL On Demand Delivery?

On Demand Delivery can be used if you are often travelling or aren’t at home to receive a delivery on a specific day. On Demand Delivery allows the customer to:

  1. Arrange the watch to be delivered to a secure location of your choice, other than the delivery address.
  2. Be held at a secure DHL sorting office and then delivered at a later re-arranged date
  3. The terms and conditions of this are too be agreed between the customer and the courier service.


Can you send to a BFPO address?

Yes we can. Delivery is charged at the same UK Royal Mail Special delivery rate. If the watch is going to a VAT Free BFPO address we can exclude the VAT.


Can the watch be sent to my work address?

Yes it can, but we may need proof of the company address (i.e. faxed letterhead). This is decided on a case-by-case basis.


Do you sell used watches?

We do not generally sell used watches. If you have specific requirements for a second hand watch then please contact us.


Do you repair watches?

No, but we can recommend a very skilled third party company: www.watchdoctors.co.uk


Are you an authorized dealer?

No. Authorized dealers are not allowed to sell their watches below RRP or sell them on the internet. All our watches still come from authorized dealers and are 100% genuine. We have chosen not to be an authorized dealer so that we can offer such great prices.


Can I collect my watch?

Yes, you can collect your watch upon receipt of a confirmed order from our office in Hertfordshire; you will need to first make an appointment by phone.


How do I get the watch strap adjusted?

We offer watch sizing as a FREE service.


What is a restocking fee?

A 3% restocking fee is a charge that will be applied to all returns for refund on purchases.


Do you refund the postage when I return my watch for a refund?

Delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not refund the delivery charge as it is a fee passed onto Royal Mail/FedEx for the service used to send you the watch originally.
